Title: Soutine's Rosemary Whole Wheat Bread

1/2 cbread flour -- 3/4 cup
1 3/4 cwhole wheat flour -- 2 2/3
: cups
 2 TB wheat bran -- 3 Tbsps.
 2 ts dried rosemary -- 1 Tbsp.
 1 ts salt -- 1 1/2 tsp.
 3 TB vegetable oil -- 1/4 cup
 3 TB honey -- 1/4 cup
3/4 cwater -- 1 cup + 2 Tbsps.

Add all ingredients in the order suggested by manufacturer. Process on the basic or white bread cycle. R.B. - This made with the 1 1/2 pound amounts was an incredibly high light whole wheat loaf. We loved it. Can also try with other seasonings. MC formatting by bobbi744@sojourn.com
